These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SocialOrbit+ (the “site”). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use SocialOrbit+.
1. The community we want
SocialOrbit+ is a social networking space for real people. Be respectful. Treat others the way you’d want to be treated on a friend’s profile page.
2. Rules — do not do these things
The following are not allowed. Breaking them can get your content removed and your account suspended or permanently banned:
- Bullying & harassment: insulting, targeting, or repeatedly bothering someone after they ask you to stop.
- Threats & intimidation: threats of violence, stalking, or scaring people into silence.
- Hate & discrimination: attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, nationality, or similar traits.
- Doxing: sharing someone’s private personal info (home address, phone, workplace, school, ID documents, and similar) without their clear permission — especially to harm or expose them.
- Illegal content: anything that breaks the law, including (but not limited to) child sexual exploitation material, trafficking, scams, fraud, or instructions for serious crimes.
- Non-consensual intimate images: sharing sexual or intimate images of anyone without their consent.
- Spam & scams: mass unsolicited messages, phishing, fake giveaways, or deceptive promotions.
- Impersonation: pretending to be another person or organization in a misleading way.
- Malware & attacks: posting malware, trying to hack the site, or abusing bugs to harm others.
- Circumventing bans: making new accounts after you were suspended or banned to dodge moderation.
3. Content you post
- You are responsible for what you post (profiles, posts, photos, messages, forum threads, blogs, bulletins, and so on).
- You must have the rights to share the photos and text you upload.
- Public posts may be visible to other members (and sometimes the public web). Private messages stay between you and the other person, except when needed for moderation or legal reasons.
- We may remove content that breaks these Terms or that we reasonably believe harms the community.
4. Accounts & age
- You must be old enough to consent to online services in your region.
- Keep your password private. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
- One person should not run many accounts to spam, harass, or dodge bans.
5. Enforcement
If you break these rules, we may warn you, remove content, suspend access, or permanently ban your account — without prior notice when the harm is serious. Ban decisions are made by site operators. Creating a new account to evade a ban is itself a violation.
6. Reporting
If you see bullying, threats, doxing, illegal content, or other rule-breaking, tell a site operator through the contact method on the About page (or any report tools we add later). Include links or usernames when you can.
7. Availability
We try to keep SocialOrbit+ running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and the site may go offline for maintenance or other reasons.
8. Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for user-generated content, outages, or damages arising from your use of the site.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above will change when we revise them.
